This position is responsible for providing state-wide advocacy to SSI-related Medicaid recipients enrolled in managed care plans. They will provide assistance with Medicaid eligibility issues and ensure access to quality medical services. In addition to SSI Managed Care advocacy, the Advocacy Specialist will also provide information and counseling about Medicare Part D to people with disabilities statewide via DRW’s Medicare Part D Helpline. They will also develop and engage in outreach activities and trainings about Medicare Part D to consumers and professionals.
This position is based in Wisconsin. Hybrid and fully remote work arrangements are available dependent on distance from a DRW office.
