Disability Rights Wisconsin has been working on improvements to the Seclusion and Restraint law which would include reporting annual statistics to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and better reporting requirements to parents when their child are subject to seclusion and restraint. The changes would require school districts to provide a report to parents when this happens to their child. Join us in supporting Senate Bill 527 and AB 585.
