The Wisconsin Elections Commission met on September 7th. Disability Rights Wisconsin provided public comments regarding the draft Administrative Rule on Election Observers, Mandatory Use of Uniform Instructions for Absentee Voting, and Updated Uniform Instructions for Wisconsin Absentee Voters.
