About the “Future State” Project
Milwaukee County has started a new project named “Future State”. The project will look at current programs, services, and policies in the county to find areas where they can make it better for all residents. As part of the project’s first phase, the county will get feedback from Milwaukee residents on what can be improved and what they want for the future.
After this phase, they will collect information on how programs and services are performing. The county is working with consultants who will make recommendations on what should change and be improved. The changes may include expanding services for more people, tailoring a service to meet people’s needs, or changes to the county’s organizational structure.

There will be four listening sessions this month. At each session, you can learn about the new project and tell the county what you think the new changes should be.
