About the Position
The Supervising Attorney supervises Disability Rights Wisconsin’s Victim Advocacy Program. This program supports victims of crime with disabilities in areas of the law like family law and victim’s rights.
As the Supervising Attorney, you will be responsible for:
- giving direct and comprehensive representation to victims of crime with disabilities in relevant areas including family law and victim’s rights.
- supervising Advocacy Specialists and Staff Attorneys in the program.
- giving advice and counsel to clients, guardians, and family members.
- supervising the day-to-day operations of the program, which includes compiling and submitting performance reports to funders.
Position Information
Full-Time Equivalent: 1.0 FTE (40 Hours per week)
Starting Rate: $74,000 – $85,000 annually
Location: Disability Rights Wisconsin has offices in Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay. This position can be assigned to any of these office locations, depending on the applicant’s residence. This position is not eligible for fully remote work. Disability Rights Wisconsin has a hybrid work policy.
