About the Position
The Staff Attorneys will give legal information, advice, and representation to people and groups looking for help on disability-related legal issues. They will:
- work collaboratively through negotiation and mediation to resolve problems.
- give assistance or direct representation in lawsuits, grievances, appeals, and fair hearings.
- guide internal and external partners through technical assistance and training.
Position Information
Full-Time Equivalent: 1.0 FTE (40 Hours per week)
Starting Rate: $65,230 – $77,500 (annually), depending on experience.
Location: Disability Rights Wisconsin has offices in Milwaukee and Madison. This position can be assigned to either of these office locations, depending on the applicant’s residence. Hybrid options are available. Applicant must be a Wisconsin resident.
