About Youth in Transition
Join the Brown County Aging and Disability Resource Center on Thursday, April 17, 2025, for their “Youth in Transition” event! At this event, you can connect with community resources and find answers for your questions about supporting bright futures for young adults with disabilities.
Bilingual staff and a disability benefit specialist will be present.
Disability Rights Wisconsin will have a resource table at the open house. Come by and talk to us!

Event Schedule
- 5:00 p.m.: Arrival
- 5:15 p.m.: 30-minutes long presentation on the transition process for young adults with disabilities and their family.
- 5:45 p.m.: Community Resource Open House
