DRW Listening Session – Your Input Needed

Calendar, coffee cup and pen and paper sit on a table; scene is labeled Events.

Disability Rights Wisconsin welcomes community members at its listening session in Stevens Point on January 10. DRW is the Protection and Advocacy system for the State of Wisconsin, charged with protecting the rights of children and adults with disabilities in Wisconsin. DRW holds listening sessions around the state to hear what community members believe are important issues for the organization to address in its advocacy efforts. This input provides valuable insights that DRW uses to set its priorities each year. Those priorities impact the types of individual cases that are accepted and the issues that are addressed through public policy advocacy.  Here is the informational flyer on the listening session (accessible pdf).
