On August 10th, Governor Evers took action to veto voting bills that would have created new barriers for many Wisconsinites with disabilities and older adults. At the press event, Disability Vote Coalition co-lead Jenny Neugart spoke about the importance of protecting our freedom to vote by taking action to veto voting bills that would significantly restrict the ability of voters with disabilities, older adults, and many other WI voters from participating in the electoral process.
