DRW is seeking a top-notch fund development professional to help us reach our full potential in advocating for people with disabilities! The position is full-time and based in Wisconsin.
The Development and Communications Manager is a new position that will work closely with the Executive Director to design and implement a development program intended to diversify DRW’s funding that will allow for the expansion of DRW services where needed, increase unrestricted dollars to meet program and organizational needs, and build a cash reserve. They will manage development operations, including CRMs, budgets, and gift processing. The position will also enhance DRW’s identity by working with staff to create compelling, professional, and consistent external communications and materials.
