Disability Rights Wisconsin is now hiring for a Family Care and IRIS Program (FCIOP) Ombudsman. This position is being advertised as full-time and is available anywhere within Wisconsin.
The FCIOP Ombudsman provides a variety of assistance to Family Care, Partnership, and IRIS enrollees statewide. They will collect case information, investigate complaints, and provide information, guidance, self-advocacy support, consultations, and referrals to other resources. The ombudsman will also provide outreach and training on FCIOP and the rights of adults in long-term care programs.
