About the Position
The Information Technology (IT) Manager oversees IT services and organizational effectiveness. They will accomplish this through planning, technical leadership, and project management.
This role is responsible for:
- managing internal helpdesk functions.
- directing all IT operations to meet staff and agency requirements.
- supervising IT staff.
- overseeing vendors and MSPs.
- maintaining security and compliance, including NIST and HIPAA.
- leads technology planning, budgeting, and change management.
Position Information
Full-Time Equivalent: 1.0 FTE (40 Hours per week)
Starting Rate: $95,000 to $110,000 per year
Location: Disability Rights Wisconsin has offices in Milwaukee and Madison. This position can be assigned to either of these office locations, depending on the applicant’s residence. This position is not eligible for fully remote work. DRW has a hybrid work policy.
