Disability Rights Wisconsin currently has an open Program Attorney position! The position is within our Disability Benefit Specialist program, which provides technical assistance, support, and training for Wisconsin’s Disability Benefit Specialists (DBSs) located in Aging and Disability Research Centers.

The Program Attorney will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to benefit specialists regarding public benefits and related laws, regulations, policies, case analyses, and more. They will also train DBSs on public benefits matters and develop and maintain materials used in these trainings.

This position is located anywhere in Wisconsin. Employees close to DRW’s Milwaukee or Madison office can work fully in-office or under a hybrid work arrangement. Employees further from Milwaukee or Madison will work fully remotely.
