Disability Rights Wisconsin is hiring for a Program Attorney within our Disability Benefits Program. This position is full-time and Wisconsin residency is required.

The Program Attorney for the Disability Benefits Program will provide technical assistance and training on benefit matters related to people with disabilities to Disability Benefit Specialists (DBSs) located in Aging and Disability Centers (ADRCs) throughout Wisconsin. The Program Attorney will also develop and maintain training materials, represent clients whose cases have been accepted pursuant to DRW DBS case acceptance policy, and prepare reports associated with the DBS Program and DRW.
