DRW’s Civil Rights Team is now hiring for a Supervising Attorney! This position is full time and based in either Madison or Milwaukee, with possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
The Supervising Attorney will provide team leadership and coordination for the Civil Rights Team, which includes grant reporting, supervision, and advocacy quality assurance. They will also engage in legal, individual, and systemic advocacy on disability rights issues, which includes but is not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, the Fair Housing Act, and the Rehabilitation Act. This position will involve litigation, systems change initiatives, and outreach and training.
The Supervising Attorney is also responsible for maintaining content area expertise in disability discrimination law and practice.
