Disability Rights Wisconsin is now hiring for two positions within our IT team: Systems Administrator and Information Security Analyst.


Systems Administrator

About This Position

The Systems Administrator is a key player within our IT team and maintains Disability Rights Wisconsin’s cloud-based IT systems and equipment.

They are responsible for:

  • supporting our staff across three offices and remotely.
  • managing helpdesk operations and inventory tracking.
  • managing systems, endpoint, and network management.
  • planning and supporting IT projects and strategy.

Position Information

Full Time Equivalent: 1.0 FTE (40 Hours / week); Exempt

Starting Range: $65,645 to $75,575; Single Incumbent pay scale.

Location: Madison office location. Hybrid work is available. Applicants must be a resident of Wisconsin.

Information Security Analyst

About This Position

The Information Security Analyst develops, implements, and maintains Disability Rights Wisconsin’s information security program. They work to make sure the data we use remain confidential, reliable, and available.

They are responsible for:

  • overseeing digital and physical security measures for Disability Rights Wisconsin’s offices and systems.
  • monitoring and responding to security threats, breaches, and anomalies.
  • supporting compliance with HIPAA and NIST SP 800-53.
  • collaborating with internal teams and external partners to manage cybersecurity concerns and risk.

Position Information

Full Time Equivalent: Permanent Full-time; 1.0 FTE (40 Hours per week), Exempt.

Rate: $83,000 to $91,000; Single Incumbent pay scale.

Location: Milwaukee office location; hybrid work is available. Applicants must be a Wisconsin resident.
