About the Resource Fair

Join Disability Rights Wisconsin at the Racine County Special Needs Resource Fair this May!

The resource fair is a great way for everyone to learn about local and state-wide disability services and resources available to people with disabilities and their families. These resources cover a wide range of topics such as financial planning, mental health, autism support, respite, therapies, job training, education, independent living, and more.

Special Needs Resource Fair Information

Date and Time: Tuesday, May 7, 2024, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Location: Enter through Door 1 at Fox River Middle School, 921 W Main St, Waterford, WI

Additional Notes:

  • The fair is sponsored by Burlington, Union Grove, and Waterford Schools and Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC)
  • There will be more than 60 agencies with resource information.
  • Emergency vehicles will be present, depending on weather.
  • There will be free food and popcorn and tote bag, while supplies last.
  • There will be a K9 (canine) unit.
  • There will be a chance to win a door prize.
  • There will be a therapy horse present.
