The Results…

Thank you! The Big Share was a success!

Disability Rights Wisconsin’s Big Share campaign was amazing! We raised $13,309 from 98 donations. We have been part of The Big Share for 10 years and this has been our best event ever since we started! It is so wonderful to know that so many support our important work to improve the lives of persons with disabilities throughout Wisconsin.

Thank you for your support!

Gratitude to Our Sponsors and Fundraisers

A paper with a heart on it, sticking out of an envelope. We’d like to recognize our sponsors, who provided matches for our Power Hour and was key to us reaching our goal early. They matched donations up to a total of $4500. Thank you, Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), Madison Partners, and our Executive Director, Jill Jacklitz!

We’d also like to recognize our peer fundraisers! Whether you met your personal fundraising goal or not, your contributions and support helped us! Thank you:

Highlighting the Work Disability Rights Wisconsin Does

A thumbnail of a video with a play button in the middle. The Big Share serves as a great opportunity to elevate the work that we do with and on behalf of people with disabilities. We did this primarily with some great videos that highlighted our public policy work, as well as a success story from our past clients.

We published a couple of short staff videos where they shared how their work is supported by the Big Share. You can see them all on our You Tube page here.

We want to highlight Mary Cerretti of the School Advocacy Team, who talks about the importance of advocating for children with disabilities in schools.

Watch her video on Youtube here.

Lastly, our days can get busy, so do not worry if you did not have the chance to contribute on the big day. You can still donate until next Monday, March 11, to our campaign.

Your support of Disability Rights Wisconsin is impactful.  Thank you.
